1DD: how to positively impact with design
ANGGAKARA: “Designer’s mindset brings empathy, positivity, and novelty in solving the world’s complex problem”
"The basis of our work as designers is to delight people and create something meaningful for them. We are putting people’s needs and desires at the core of our design process, and often times, such approach is not evident in the design of public sector services and social interventions that impact the lives of the citizens. As designers, we get our high from untangling complex problems. We know that for every challenge, there’s always an opportunity to get inspiration from people to unearth new ways to solve those challenges. What others see as problems, we see as opportunity."
