1DD: What is your tip or advice for non-designers, who wants to redesign the world?
BILSLAND: “Design for people.”
"Often products and services are designed with business priorities or technical capabilities in mind, whilst people who are going to use them are not considered enough. In the rush to get something out of the door, it is tempting to think that you know what your product should be like, even if you are not the target audience for that product. Be aware of that and make a point in investigating user needs and if possible testing your ideas and prototypes with your target audience. It pays off in the end, honest."
