1DD: What is your tip or advice for non-designers, who wants to redesign the world?
KAMPFF: “Design should be understood as more than just ‘a beautiful thing’, in order to achieve this, designers should also consider the context in an analytical and rational way. "
"More and more design is gaining space within the corporations. Large companies have already learned that design can generate value through innovative solutions in order to meet consumer´s needs. However, these innovative solutions become frail when they are just creative ideas, when “good design” becomes “basic" and "expected” in a global market . In my opinion, it is extremely important that designers are included in strategic discussions within the company in order to complement the designer’s knowledge with an analytical and rational way of developing s successful business. Designer´s will create a real impact on the market, when they will be able to move freely between a design area and a strategic department."

During his Master in Business Design, Patrick was able to develop a way of thinking that integrates business knowledge to his design skills.
